How it works.
Two sessions a month. Twelve sessions in total.
Each month has a deep-dive session and a hot seat session. Both run on Zoom, 6.30–8pm. Both go deep. Just six women in the room.
Session 1 each month - The Deep Dive
Training, discussion, and a reflection exercise built around that month's RITUAL theme. You'll leave with clarity, a journal prompt, and something to work on before we meet again.
Session 2 each month - The Hot Seat
Two women bring a live business challenge. We work on it together, in real time, in the room. Thirty minutes of focused coaching that everyone learns from, even if it's not your seat.
