Has your business evolved as much as you have?

Perception in business is something we should all be aware of. It’s how others see, feel, and interpret what you do, and it shapes the way they engage with you and your brand.
This is something I’ve been pondering as someone said to me the other day, “your business has changed a lot over the last few of years.”
My business has evolved, has have I.
And the needs of my clients have too.
For me, evolution is such a natural and powerful part of running my business—it comes from growth, self-discovery, and a deeper alignment with who I am and what I want to bring to the world.
I started my journey 17 years ago with business growth services including marketing and mentoring, and the business evolved to meet the needs of my clients, learning new skills along the way. We were the first social media agency in the Furness area and the first to provide social media training too which led to our sell out ‘Get Shit Done’ days.
In 2020 I retrained as coach. It’s fair to say I’m not your traditional business coach, putting people and passion before spreadsheets and strategies, because you are your business.
If you’re not passionate about what you do, if your business doesn’t align with your values, you’re never going to achieve the life you want!
But there was still something missing!
I work with so many amazing women, and most embrace everything we do together and make wonderful things happen – but a few make progress and then get stuck again.
This didn’t sit well with me. Women come to me for help and support to make their life and business better, and recovering people-pleaser in me can’t allow that to happen!
And that’s when I discovered Deep Structure NLP with Viviene Joy. I have spent the last year learning from and working with Viviene. I’ve learned so much about myself on this amazing journey and adding NLP modalities to my toolbox has been a gamechanger for my clients.
Understanding why we do things and the limiting beliefs that hold us back empowers us to unlock our full potential, allowing us to grow, evolve, and achieve success on our own terms.
So yes, my business has changed, it’s evolved in a way that allows me to support my clients on a deeper level, while staying true to the heart of what I’ve always done: empowering women to rediscover themselves, align their businesses with their values, and create the life they truly desire.

What an inspiring journey of growth and transformation! It's refreshing to see how deeply aligned your personal evolution is with your business, and how you continuously adapt to meet your clients' real needs. The addition of Deep Structure NLP sounds like a powerful shift, especially for empowering women on a more meaningful level. This kind of value-driven, people-first approach reminds me of how brands like America SEO Agency also prioritize authentic connection and long-term impact over quick wins. Keep shining and leading with purpose!
What a fabulous journey you have taken Suzanne! Your journey shows us the power of growth and alignment in our life and at work. Just like growing a business, when we practice things like learn to speak French (yes I deliberately went there), we are creating deeper connection and confidence. It is imperative to be ourselves, and as we grow and evolve we can show up as our best selves! Thanks for being so candid about your journey!
Keeping a diary or journaling is an excellent way to sum up your day and cope with emotions. While others may prefer writing thoughts on paper, others seek academic or professional objectives. In such instances, opting to pay someone to take GMAT for you may appear a gracious shortcut under duress.
Beautifully written, Suzanne! Your journey highlights the importance of evolving both personally and professionally to stay aligned with purpose and values. Just like your business grew to serve your clients better, we’ve seen the same in sectors like facilities management services Romford—where adaptability and understanding client needs is key. Growth comes from within, and your story is a true reflection of that. Keep inspiring!
